As an artist and producer, Josef Bamba has been building his name quickly on the house scene as one of the brightest talents. He started to DJ at the age of 18, and then, when he was 19 Josef Bamba took the title in Europe biggest dj contest, Movida Corona World Finale, he took the audience by storm! Now four years later he is one of the most experience artist representing house music from Norway.

At the age of 20 he learn the skills of music production. He started 2011 massive by making a bootleg remix of LMFAO` global hit “Party Rock Anthem” with wonder kid “Ianick”, which got huge support from major artist like Antoine Clamaran, Paul Oakenfold and Darbuck & Klein and biggest radio stations in the world including Hed Kandi Radio, Radio FG (France), Capital FM and Kiss FM in the UK. It was hugely successful, they followed up a perfect finish of 2011 with remixes of Wamdue Project ft. Jonathan Mendhelson & Dim Chris released on Pacha Recordings.

In Norway Josef Bamba is a familiar face, he is his headlining every weekend on the major clubs around the country, where he always delivers! After his kick start on the career Josef Bamba is playing all over the world: Miami, Liverpool, Dubai, Bahrain, Stockholm, Oslo, Madrid, Ibiza, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Qatar, Doha, Sharm El Sheikh, Moscow, Rome, Wien and the list goes on. He has the privilege to share his music with people all over the world.

He has played several times as a headliner in the main hall of the world’s most famous club, Pacha Ibiza, which has resident nights with some of the most famous djs of the world all summer. Josef Bamba has performed at one of the world’s largest festivals, “Rock in Rio Madrid” in 2010, where djs such as David Guetta and Axwell also performed. In addition he performed at Extrema Outdoor in 2011 and headlining at Sommerøya Festival 2012.

Over the past years, Josef Bamba has compiled and mixed many cds for Pacha, released in Spain, Italy and Germany. He has been playing alongside major artist like Martin Solveig, Avicii and Røyksopp. His music are released trough huge labels like Ministry of Sound,Strictly Rhythm, Pacha Recordings and Yamabooki.

Right now, Josef Bamba & Ianick highly topical with the remix release "Hit Me With TheLights" for the English artist duo Doman & Gooding in addition to the recently signed remixes for Jerry Ropero and DJ Roog emitted summer 2012.
