1. About these terms
   1. Lickd Rewards rewards channels on the Lickd Creator Platform for staying subscribed and for licensing music. These terms explain how it works.
   2. Lickd Rewards is only available on the Lickd Creator Platform. It does not apply to Lickd for Brands.
   3. These terms form part of our Terms & Conditions. Any reference to ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘you’ has the same meaning as it does there.
   4. Lickd Rewards starts on 1 October 2026. Only activity from that date counts towards rewards.
2. The basics
   1. There are two types of rewards: Subscription Rewards, for staying subscribed, and License Rewards, for buying Premium licenses.
   2. Rewards are earned per channel, not per account. If your account has more than one channel, each channel has its own progress and earns its own rewards.
   3. Every channel starts from zero on 1 October 2026. Subscription history and licenses from before that date do not count.
   4. If your channel is unlinked from your account or moved to a different account, we will try to move its rewards and progress with it, but this may not always be possible.
3. Unlocking your rewards
   1. Your rewards are locked until your channel reaches its first milestone:
      • a) monthly subscribers unlock rewards after 1 month subscribed (Lickd Family);
      • b) annual subscribers unlock rewards straight away; and
      • c) any channel, subscribed or not, unlocks rewards when it reaches 10 qualifying Premium licenses (First Steps).
4. Subscription Rewards
   1. You earn these rewards for staying subscribed:

   2. Your progress is based on how many months in a row your channel has been subscribed, counted from 1 October 2026 or the date your subscription started, whichever is later.
   3. Each Subscription Reward applies to one monthly payment only. It is not repeated in later months.
   4. Your discount is applied automatically to your next monthly payment after you reach the milestone. You will see it on your Rewards page, but there is nothing you need to do to receive it.
   5. Only one discount can be applied to a payment. A reward discount cannot be combined with a promo code or any other discount or offer.
   6. Moving between our subscription plans, including to or from our Unlimited plan, does not affect your progress.
   7. Your progress only resets if your subscription ends. A failed payment or a paused subscription does not reset it, because your subscription is still active. If your subscription ends and you subscribe again later, you start from zero. Your License Rewards are not affected.
5. Annual subscriptions
   1. On an annual plan you can see your progress through every Subscription Reward, but only Seasoned Pro (12 months) and Lickd Legend (24 months) apply. Committed Creator and Dedicated Fan do not apply to annual plans.
   2. If you renew on an annual plan, your reward is taken off your next annual payment automatically.
   3. If you switch from annual to monthly when your plan renews, your reward is applied to your first monthly payment instead.
   4. If you move from a monthly plan to an annual plan, your months in a row carry over. From then on only Seasoned Pro and Lickd Legend apply, and the most recent one you reach is applied at your next annual renewal, or to your first monthly payment if you switch back to monthly.
6. License Rewards
   1. You earn these rewards for buying qualifying Premium licenses:

   2. Any channel can earn License Rewards, whether you are subscribed or pay as you go.
   3. License Rewards are issued as soon as your channel reaches a milestone, including during the first month of a new subscription.
   4. Only Premium licenses you pay for with money, or with credits from your subscription, count. Licenses bought with any other credits, including credits earned through Lickd Rewards, do not count.
   5. If you are on our Unlimited plan, licenses included in your Unlimited allowance do not count, because they are neither purchased nor paid for with credits. Licenses outside your allowance do count, for example one-off purchases, licenses above your allowance, or licenses bought with subscription credits before or after your Unlimited subscription.
   6. Each License Reward is given once per channel, when your channel first reaches that milestone.
   7. Your license count and License Rewards stay with your channel whether or not you are subscribed, including if you cancel your subscription.
   8. Credits you earn through Lickd Rewards expire 6 months after the date they are issued, the same as other Lickd credits. Credits not used by then can no longer be used.
   9. If a license is refunded, it is removed from your license count.
7. Changes to Lickd Rewards
   1. We may change or end Lickd Rewards, including its milestones and rewards. We will tell you at least 30 days before any change takes effect.
   2. If we change or end Lickd Rewards, rewards you have already earned will be honoured, except where we remove a reward as described in clause 7.3.
   3. We may remove a reward at our discretion, for example if it was earned through licenses that were later refunded.
