Terms and Conditions: Personal Playlist Marketing Promotion
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Personal Playlist Marketing Promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Promotion Overview:
1.1 The Promotion offers participants the opportunity to receive a coupon for 15% off their next order (“Coupon”) by adding music to a playlist and licensing the songs from the playlist.
1.2 The Promotion is valid until June 30th, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).
1.3 Participants will receive the Coupon within 24 hours after successfully completing the requirements of the Promotion.
1.4 The Coupon will be valid for use until and including June 30th, 2023 (the “Coupon Expiry Date”).
2. Eligibility:
2.1 The Promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have a valid account on Lickd.
3. Participation:
3.1 To participate in the Promotion, participants must follow these steps:
a) Create a music playlist within your account on Lickd. Accessible via this address https://app.lickd.co/account/playlists or by navigating to your Lickd account and clicking on “Playlists”.
b) Add a minimum of 10 songs to the playlist.
c) License at least 1 song from the playlist by purchasing it via Lickd, on the account where you’d like the 15% off coupon to be added.
d) Complete the above steps before the end of the Promotion Period.
4. Coupon Issuance and Redemption:
4.1 Participants who successfully complete the requirements of the Promotion will receive the Coupon within 24 hours after completion.
4.2 The Coupon will be automatically added to the participant’s account on the platform.
4.3 The Coupon can be redeemed during the checkout process on eligible purchases made through the platform. The coupon will be automatically applied to your basket.
4.4 The Coupon is non-transferable and can only be used by the participant who received it.
4.5 The Coupon cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
4.6 The Coupon can only be used once.
5. General Terms:
5.1 Lickd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
5.2 The platform reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or deceptive behavior.
5.3 The platform is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or delays that may affect participation in the Promotion.
5.4 The platform reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to request proof of age or identity.
5.5 Participants agree to grant the platform the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes related to the Promotion.
5.6 Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the Coupon or their participation in the Promotion.
5.7 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court.
By participating in the Personal Playlist Marketing Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
